What's the Deal with H?

Several people have used h in posts testing the grammar, and now it's been used in the word association thread. Is h in? And also, if it's in, can we have it end words? :D I like word-final h.

I was pretty sure /h/ was out as a phoneme, maybe we could have [h] someplace though.

Oh, never mind. I went back to look, and saw that kadani edited her original word (sahil became sajil). I think that clears that up.
